70 Tropical Smoothie Keto Options Not on the Menu

Keto (Low Carb) | Written by Nathan Petitpas | Updated on 8 March 2024

Three people holding out a clear cup of smoothie from the Tropical Smoothie keto options that's not in the menu and it comes in different flavors, one cup has yellow-colored smoothie, another cup has green-colored smoothie, and the other cup has red-colored smoothie.

Tropical Smoothie keto options are not listed on their menu in 2023, but we’ve made it easy to narrow down the lowest carb smoothies, supplements, add-ins, salads, sandwiches, wraps and more!

These are great options whenever the leading juice weight loss hack is out of stock (it has been selling out almost instantly).

Instead of choosing from the entire menu, simply choose from these 70 options that promise to pack a punch of fruity deliciousness all while staying relatively low-carb.

Does Tropical Smoothie Have Keto Options?

Unlike Smoothie King, Tropical Smoothie Cafe does not have any labeled keto options (one of the reasons many are choosing to stick with belly juice for low carb weight loss), but there are 70 items that low carbers can potentially fit into their daily keto macros. To determine which food items are keto friendly, it is important to know what limitations the keto diet has.

A ketogenic (keto) diet includes a very low amount of carbohydrates, typically under 50 grams of net carbs per day, along with moderate protein and higher fat.

Consumed carbs are typically converted to glucose and then burned as energy, but because the amount of carbs consumed is so low while practicing a keto diet, instead of using glucose, the body provides an energy source derived from fat, called ketones.1

The Tropical Smoothie keto options listed below all contain less than 50 carbs. It is, however, important to note, especially if someone is asking “How much weight can you lose on Keto diet while dining at Tropical Smoothie Cafe?”, that many following this lifestyle may only be able to consume up to 20 grams of carbs per day to successfully lose weight.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe: Nutrition (Keto & Beyond)

For anyone leading a health conscious life or looking for weight loss solutions, whether it is with keto, counting calories, or intuitive eating, it is important to be aware of what types of food and drinks hold which types of nutritional values.

The Tropical Smoothie keto options listed below may also be a good starting point for people needing specific information about the calories, fat, carbs, and protein in their food.
