One reason this no-sugar energy drink makes for an excellent substitute is due to the caffeine content, which is a stimulant that suppresses someone’s appetite. Is There Anything in Bang That’s Not Healthy?

Just because someone may want to use Bang as a weight loss aid, that doesn’t mean it’s suitable for everyone. One of the major reasons why the beverage isn’t a good fit for some people is due to its heavy caffeine content.

Ups & Downs of Caffeine

Caffeine is alright in healthy doses, about 400 milligrams a day. However, if someone goes over that amount, they develop a tolerance to caffeine.

Here’s how it works: when an individual consumes large amounts of caffeine each day, the physical and chemical aspects of their brain start to change. To compensate for this, the brain grows and increases the number of adenosine receptors. As a result, someone consumes more caffeine to receive the same effect as before, leading to an addiction.

Some signs of caffeine addiction include an insatiable urge for caffeine consumption, nausea, rapid heartbeat, and headaches.19

Should I Drink Bang Every Day?

Many people wonder if they can consume Bang every day. After all, they love its sweet taste and the fact that it comes in several flavors like root beer, peach mango, and birthday cake bash. Because of its healthy ingredients, it’s okay for them to drink it every day. Nonetheless, it’s best that they limit it to one can a day.

The reason for this is mainly Bang’s significant caffeine content. For example, if someone drank 2 Bangs in a day, they’d be going over the recommended daily caffeine consumption of 400 milligrams. And, this can seriously wreak havoc on their health.

(Participants who only took a placebo were in the control group.) After the end of the trial, the volunteers who drank Bang during warmups were stronger than the placebo users.21
